Q. Do you offer customizations/alterations?
You can select the “Customizable” option if you wish to get your piece tailored.
You can mention specific details that you would like to know in the text box in the cart.
Once the option is selected, we will get in touch with you via your phone number or email to get your exact measurements.
Q. What about basic alterations like attachment of sleeves, length of the garment etc?
There is also a text box in the cart while choosing your size where you can specify anything about your body shape that you would like us to know, that way we can make sure the piece fits you perfectly.
If it is an alteration that cannot be sorted via the information that was provided to us by you in the textbox, we will reach out to you regarding the same.
Q. What if I want to make some alterations after I have received the item?
An item can be sent back to us for alterations. We will get in touch with you regarding the same.
Any costs involved in shipping the item back to us will be borne by you. We will bear the cost of shipping the altered item back to you if your delivery address is within India.
Q. Do you charge extra for customizations/alterations?
No - if it is a minor alteration, like a different length or attachment of sleeves.We will reach out to you regarding the extra charges in case of major changes.
