Shipping Policy
- Domestic Orders: Products will be delivered within 15 days.
- International Orders: Products will be delivered within 20 days.
If the item is already in stock, it will be dispatched in 3-4 days from the date the order is placed.
For custom pieces or items not in stock, dispatch will occur within 10-12 days after the order is placed, as most orders are processed on an order-to-order basis.
Once dispatched, the item will reach you within 3-4 working days (for domestic orders).
Please note, in cases of pandemic restrictions, festive seasons, or adverse weather conditions, delivery may be delayed.
Return and Exchange Policy

Return/Exchange Initiation: Must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
- All original tags must be attached.
- Garment must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free from any smells (e.g., perfume, deodorant).
- No stains, make-up, or tan marks.
If the garment does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to you.
Customized or tailored outfits are not eligible for return or exchange.
For Exchanges:
If the garment is accepted for exchange, it may be exchanged for a garment of the same or higher price. You may also request a credit note instead. To arrange this, please email us at <email address>

For Returns:
If accepted for return, we will issue a refund coupon equivalent to the garment's price. This coupon can be redeemed in-store or on any item on our website. The coupon is valid for 3 months from the date of issue or until March 31 of the same year, whichever is earlier.
Note: We do not provide cash refunds.
Shipping costs for returned items are your responsibility. However, we will cover the shipping costs of exchanged items if the delivery address is within India.
